Opening: Ms. Laninga calls the meeting to order of all present officers of rank 4 or higher to discuss operation resource.
Conclusion: Operation is to continue at an accelerated rate. Cleanup programs will be haulted and resources will be diverted to transportation. Ms. Laninga has been promoted to rank 5 to oversee the rebellious movements in the southeast.
